We complete over 12,000+ property visits a month for a range of services including Gas Heating System Installations, Gas Appliance Servicing and Repairs, Electrical Safety Testing (EICRs), Electric Vehicle Charger Installations and energy surveys.

Established in 2013, with a head office in Beckenham (BR3) and northern office in Preston (PR2) , we have grown year-on-year to become a significant competitor for gas, electrical and energy works.

The Role:

The successful applicant will join the company as a field based Contracts Manager – Electrical. The applicant will need to be based in the Midlands and be open to travel and overnight stays. The applicant will be responsible for the mobilisation and delivery of key contracts, including:

The installation of a smart thermostat and 2x low carbon continuous running fans in 1100 properties in Coventry.

The role will consist of:

  • Managing a mixed team of direct labour and subcontract engineers with an internal support team.

  • Deliver on the job technical, formal/informal coaching to create shifts in behaviour, to deliver high performance.

  • Manage performance, provide ongoing feedback, and ensures development plans are in place that addresses, training, development, and talent progression needs.

  • Manage complex and/or escalated queries and complaints; resolve issues and enable root cause to be identified and addressed.

  • Ensure team delivery against operational targets, standards, policies & procedures, and business strategy.

  • Manage conduct, operational and regulatory risks.

Required skills:

  • 18th edition wiring regulations qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager.
  • Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work to a job management system.
  •  Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence


  • Salary: £45 – 50k Depending on experience
  • Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
