WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting weekly deadlines.
• Perform general administration duties and fulfil ad hoc requests.
• Report to the Operations Support Manager with feedback related to submission queries.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Key qualities we’re looking for include.
  • Organise and co-ordinate material deliveries
  • Co-ordinate Engineers installation bookings
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Customer Liaison
  • Ensure engineer diaries and payments are correct
  • Liaising with field engineering team


SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Proven administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate: MS365, Google Workspace, PDF Software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with data management and maintaining accurate records
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
