The challenge

Marsh & Parsons needed a company to manage and maintain their properties. They wanted a company who shared their values around high quality and service excellence.

How we helped

Today we are their main electrical contractor. We regularly complete EICRs, emergency call outs and full rewires at a range of locations from luxury Central London penthouses to embassies and private schools. 

During a recent rewire, every step had to be meticulously orchestrated. With many residents working from home, disruption had to be kept to a minimum. We started by establishing a temporary power supply, then applied protective measures to flooring and installed dust dividers on all doors. Our approach was to systematically work through each room while being mindful of residents. 

After successfully completing the project on time, with little disruption to tenants, the property was restored to its high standards.
