The challenge

Breckland had a number of goals for their property portfolio: The top priorities were:

  • for their portfolio to remain compliant
  • to meet carbon emission targets
  • be on track to hit Net Zero goals by 2050

How we helped

We started by completing a detailed analysis of Breckland’s property portfolio. We then delivered cost effective, energy efficient upgrades for their tenants.

We also provided support so they could stay ahead of complex and ever-changing compliance standards.
