Tom is the founder and CEO of Eco Approach. He brings a friendly and forward-looking approach to the company and leads with vision and strategic direction. Tom is dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring sustainable growth.
His strong leadership skills and knowledge enable him to forge partnerships and continue to steer the company towards success.
Away from work, Tom can be found in the gym, learning golf or spending time with his family.
Jason joined Eco Approach in 2022 as the Head of Operations before becoming the Operations Director in the summer of 2024. He previously worked at the UK’s largest gas boiler installation, service and repair company managing large contracts, including social housing. During his time there he oversaw the service partnering division grow from 20 to 500 engineers with partners nationwide.
Since joining Eco Approach, Jason has set up new workstreams and ensured all contracts maintain high and safe standards. He is a keen DIY enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family in his downtime.
