Laquita joined Eco Approach in May 2026 as the Human Resources ( HR ) Manager. She has a strong background in HR and law, and has extensive experience in both the private and charity sectors. She is passionate about building positive workplace cultures and bringing a practical, collaborative, people-focused approach to employee relations.
