The challenge

Every successful transaction required an EPC. Often EPCs needed to be conducted discreetly and sensitively.

How we helped

We provided CBRE with EPCs and energy efficiency advice. Due to the sensitive nature of deals, assessors needed enhanced DBS checks with many inspections completed outside work hours.
