Inclusion Housing needed a partner to keep their nationwide property portfolio compliant.
They needed a range of property certification services including EPCs, EICRs & PAT testing and CP12 or Gas Safety Certs.
Partnering with Inclusion Housing required working with a strict ‘resident-first’ approach. Operations had to be handled sensitively, with out-of-hours scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
Additionally, managing high-volume work across the UK, while maintaining full compliance with the Pfh Framework were key requirements.
Our support team worked alongside Inclusion Housing so jobs were logged and assigned quickly and efficiently.
Instead of liaising with residents directly, appointments were arranged with Housing Managers.
Once jobs were completed, all certificates we’re available for the Inclusion team to view, download and manage.

To date, we have carried out around three thousand EICRs – including remedial works, one thousand EPCs, four hundred Gas Safety Certificates and PAT tests.
We have seamlessly integrated our services with their business. Today, their property certification is completed quickly without disruption.
