The challenge

Marsh & Parsons needed a company to manage and maintain their properties. They wanted a company who shared their values around high quality and service excellence.

Based on our shared beliefs, focus on quality and customer excellence, we proved to be the perfect match.

How we helped

Today we are their main electrical contractor. We regularly complete EICRs, emergency call outs and full rewires at a range of locations from luxury Central London penthouses, to embassies and private schools.

A recent rewire highlights the care and attention that goes into every job. With many residents working from home, disruption had to be kept to a minimum.

Our first task was to establish a temporary power supply for residents. We then applied protective measures to flooring and installed dust dividers on all doors.

Our approach was to systematically work through each room while being mindful of residents.

After successfully completing the project on time, with little disruption, the property was restored to its high standards.
