How we’re Transforming Client Relationships and Enhancing our B2B Services

We’ve recently enhanced our B2B team to provide you with an even better service.

This month, we spoke with Lauren, our Head of Service Delivery, who oversees the B2B team, to discuss the changes and much more.

Can you tell us about your background?

I started as an apprentice with British Gas and gained various gas and electric qualifications before moving into field management. I joined Eco Approach last year and am currently the Head of Service Delivery.

How has managing B2B clients changed?

I created the client support team at the end of 2023 to manage B2B clients. They were previously managed by the customer service team. The goal was to ensure B2B clients received a high-quality tailored service.

How will clients benefit from the changes?

Clients can expect quicker response times, a dedicated account manager, easier and faster ordering and help and support for queries.

Some clients have all their property compliance managed by us, while others raise jobs online and contact us for updates.

As every client is different, we can now adapt to meet clients needs and seamlessly fit in with their businesses.

Are more changes planned?

We’re developing our software so clients can benefit from efficiencies in reporting, management and compliance.

What do you see as the biggest opportunities for growth in our B2B segment?
We are a well-known EPC provider. The B2B team allows us to showcase our other property services. Clients may be unaware of services which could save them time and money.

The B2B Team

Daisy: The first member of the client support team joined Eco Approach in 2020 and came from customer services.

Penny: Joined the business in September 2023 specifically for the key accounts role.

Rebecca: Joined a month after Penny when demand from clients was growing.

Jake: Joined in 2017, he has previously worked in sales, customer service and compliance.

Scarlett: Joined in March 2024 straight from school and is learning the business.

Chris: Joined the business 2022 and has worked in contracts and compliance. He recently joined our team.

Are there any initiatives clients should be aware of?

We are currently working on exciting new features to our software which will help clients improve the way they manage their portfolios.
