WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual with essential office experience, who can multitask effectively and work confidently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive working relationships with both engineers and customers.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Providing office support to field-based engineers
  • Planning and dispatching customer appointment bookings
  • Establishing excellent working relationships with engineering staff and assisting with queries
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication, ensuring all information requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers and clients
  • Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Updating the CRM system with task progress and completion details

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
