About Us

We are a leading property certification and installation company specialising in compliance, certification, heating, electrical installations, servicing & repairs and energy efficiency improvements.

We visit over 12,000 properties across the UK a month carrying out our services. This is split between a Business to Consumer (B2C) element working on behalf of landlords and homeowners directly and a Business to Business (B2B) model working with estate agents, housing associations, energy companies and other businesses.

The Role:

The successful applicant will join the company as a field based electrician, working in and around London.

The role will consist of:

Working within the M25 carrying out the following duties:

  • To complete various electrical testing, remedial/installation work
  • To use company software to record any remedial work needed at the property
  • To carry out remedial works in order to return a satisfactory outcome
  • To keep up-to-date with changing legislation.

Required skills:

  • 18th edition wiring regulations
  • 2365 Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
  • 2391-52 Testing & Inspection or equivalent
  • AM2 and NVQ3 desirable (Not essential)
  • Electric Vehicle Charging (Highly desireable)
  • Competent at completing EICRs with relevant experience
  • 2 years experience as an electrician.

Package:

  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • Full-time. Mon – Fri 8am-5pm
  • Permanent
  • Overtime opportunities at an enhanced rate
  • 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays.
  • Additional 0.5 days per year of service up to a maximum of 25.
  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
