WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our core operational platform the system that powers order-to-cash, scheduling, finance workflows, and our contractor ecosystem.
As part of our plan to quadruple revenue over the next five years, this role is critical to transforming a complex, business-critical platform into a scalable, modern product that can support high growth without operational friction.
You’ll bring clarity and momentum to the roadmap, focusing on measurable outcomes rather than just requirements. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, technology, data, and customer experience improving how the platform works while the business runs every day.
Following our acquisition of Propflo, an award-winning AI company, you’ll also help integrate advanced analytics and engagement tools into operational workflows, contributing to the development of a market-leading energy efficiency platform.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Hands-on – comfortable writing user stories, running discovery, mapping processes, and staying close to delivery
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our internal operational platform and portals (with the Head of Technology/Engineering)
- Support customer-facing digital journeys enabled by Propflo capabilities, ensuring smooth integration into operational delivery
- Maintain a clear prioritisation framework balancing:
- Risk reduction (security, GDPR, resilience)
- Operational efficiency
- Revenue enablement
- User experience improvements
Platform Modernisation
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and reduce operational friction
- Improve maintainability and consistency across the platform
- Support the transition to a more scalable, modern product estate
Discovery & Problem Definition
- Run structured discovery with internal teams including operations, finance, certification, and sales
- Map end-to-end workflows and identify bottlenecks and failure points
- Translate operational challenges into clear problem statements and initiatives
Delivery
- Write high-quality product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)
- Partner with engineering to manage scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Ensure delivered changes drive intended outcomes
- Improve visibility through release notes, stakeholder updates, and clear definitions of “done”
AI & Data Integration
- Support the integration of Propflo’s AI-driven capabilities into operational processes
- Ensure data products are embedded into workflows rather than treated as add-ons
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track product and operational KPIs (e.g. turnaround times, rework rates, SLA performance, throughput)
- Work with engineering and data teams to ensure proper instrumentation
- Use data to inform prioritisation and measure impact
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align stakeholders and drive decisions in complex environments
- Act as a clear point of accountability for product prioritisation
- Support change management, training, and adoption
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Essential
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (B2B SaaS, internal tools, operations platforms, or workflow-heavy systems)
- Strong ability to translate complex operational processes into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on iterative delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
Desirable
- Experience with field service, scheduling, dispatch, or workforce management
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP-style operational systems and order-to-cash workflows
- Technical literacy (APIs, data flows, metrics/logs)
