WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you’ll introduce clients to our key services, including EICR Remedials, Retrofitting, and Net Zero solutions.

You’ll be confident engaging with new and existing customers over the phone, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our different service areas. This is a commission-driven role, ideal for someone who’s proactive, target-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Proactively engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls and emails to promote company services, including EICR Remedials, Retrofitting, and Net Zero solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives by providing customer feedback and market insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and service developments.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Motivated by targets and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or a genuine interest in developing a career in sales.
  • Proficient with standard computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
