We are delighted to announce that Clint Walker, our Head of Partnerships, will be attending the Future Homes, Skills and Innovation (FHSI) APPG session, “Making Homes Fit for the Future: Built to Last?”, at the House of Commons on Monday, 23rd February.
What is the FHSI APPG?
The Future Homes, Skills and Innovation All-Party Parliamentary Group is a cross-party forum where MPs, Peers, and industry leaders collaborate to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and future-proofed homes in the UK. It’s where the standards for the next decade of UK housing are debated and defined.
It will bring together decision-makers from all political sides. APPGs are where the “real world” meets “Whitehall.” Clint will be representing the on-the-ground reality of retrofit so future policy isn’t theory alone, but something that works for installers and residents.
Built to Last?
As we navigate the transition from ECO4 to the Warm Homes Plan, the industry must shift its focus from short-term “measures” to long-term “outcomes.”
“We’re proud to help define what a high-quality, decarbonised, and durable housing stock looks like for the next generation. We want to ensure that as the UK pivots toward the Warm Homes Plan, the voices of those delivering the work on the ground are heard loud and clear.” — Clint Walker, Head of Partnerships
