Joe Brennan is our Property Certification Manager. He has over 10 years of industry expertise in the Energy Efficiency sector. Joe has successfully assisted over 10,000 properties nationwide, cutting carbon emissions by up to 15,000 tonnes.
He is a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor and is highly skilled in commercial and residential EPCs, retrofit assessments, and property management. He brings extensive experience with key government initiatives, including ECO, SHDF, and GBIS.
Joe plays a pivotal role in streamlining practices within the property certification team, enhancing operational efficiencies, and identifying new revenue opportunities across the certification division.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys cycling, traveling, and exploring new experiences—though he admits his golf skills could use some improvement.
