Hayley is the Customer Service Manager at Eco Approach. She manages the customer service team and works closely with our field workers. Whether it’s answering inbound calls, overseeing orders or improving the customer experience, Hayley ensures her team deliver customer service excellence every day. Away from work she enjoys concerts, reading and photography – and has taken photos for weddings and events.
