Lauren is part of the Leadership team responsible for Sales, Operations and Customer Service. She manages our large b2b clients as well as b2c customers and is responsible for the end to end journey. She previously spent eight years working for British Gas. Her industry qualifications and experience make her a key part of the team.
Lauren has mobilised a national workforce and set up multiple nationwide contracts in her time at Eco Approach. Away from work she enjoys traveling to tropical locations, sampling the local food and culture.
