Eco Approach Appointed to Procurement for Housing (PfH) Framework

We are pleased to announce we have been successfully appointed to the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Funded Retrofit Works & Delivery Framework. The framework covers decarbonisation and retrofit works across the UK’s social housing sector.

The four-year agreement, running until February 2029, has appointed 19 contractors to the £500m framework. Eco Approached l and ranked joint 1st on the qualitative element which recognised our experience & delivery model and placed 2nd overall.

The framework offers a number of retrofit solutions including:

  • Loft and room in roof insulation
  • External and internal wall insulation
  • Cavity wall and underfloor insulation
  • Ventilation
  • Solar PV
  • Air source heat pumps
  • Boiler replacement
  • High heat retention storage heaters
  • PAS roles
  • Surveys, inspections & testing

This appointment provides an excellent opportunity to expand and continue our work with housing providers who are looking for reliable partners to improve their housing stocks energy efficiency.
