SEC Framework quality recognition

Quality Isn’t a Slogan: Celebrating Our Joint First Ranking in the SEC Framework

We have been ranked Joint First on Quality in the recent assessment for the SEC Framework. This isn’t just an award; it’s external validation of something we live by every single day: the commitment to quality.

More Than a Metric, It’s Our DNA

For us, quality has never been a cliched buzzword. It’s at the core of how we work.

What does quality mean in our daily work?

  • The Graft and Attention to Detail: It’s the detailed planning before a project begins and the dedication to getting it right by our team, from assessors to installers and community liaison officers.
  • How We Show Up: It’s the respect, care, and professionalism shown when we visit a resident’s home. Keeping disruption to a minimum and ensuring they are informed every step of the way.
  • The Obsession with Getting it Right: We are focused on fixing things right first time. This not only saves time and money but, importantly, builds trust and improves residents experience. Nobody wants engineers returning.
Recognised, Not Finished

Being recognised externally by the SEC Framework tells us we are on the right track. Not perfect. The journey to excellence never ends. The hours of training, investing in quality materials, and delivering services that improve lives is what really matters.

A Massive Thank You

This achievement belongs to everyone connected to our company. Our teams on the ground, partners and residents. We can reflect on this for a moment, but the hard work continues. We’ll keep pushing standards even higher so our services continue to be built on quality.

Onwards!

Quality, Right First Time!
