Tom joined Eco Approach in early 2026 to build and lead our in-house product and technology function. He brings over 14 years of experience building software products and engineering teams across start-ups and scale-ups. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Engineering at Purplebricks.
Tom thrives getting to the heart of business and customer problems and building products people love. At Eco Approach, he leads the development of our digital tools and platforms.
Away from work, Tom and his wife Becky are keen travellers and work remotely from their camper van so they can surf/bodyboard.
