From 1st April 2021 a ‘satisfactory EICR’ report was required for all new and existing tenancies.
Many of our clients customers were legally required to have an EICR.
Our client faced a major challenge. They needed contractors to carry out EICRs nationwide. Contractors who could work at a high volume, high quality and fast.
All EICR’s had 10 months to be finished. Missing this deadline could lead our client being fined up to £30,000 per property.
Our electrical division advised our client on mobilising a a national EICR operation.
We also integrated our management software with our clients to improve speed, communication and efficiencies.
In 2021, we completed over 12,000 EICRs for our client.
