Founded in 2015, the technology company provides smart thermostats to help social landlords manage their housing stock more efficiently and helps tenants lower energy bills.  

Switchee has grown rapidly and now serves over 130 social housing providers across the UK.

Background

Improving the well-being of residents in the social housing sector is a high priority for housing providers. 

Fuel poverty, mould and net zero have become national issues, Switchee are tackling  these issues head-on.   

Switchee’s rapid rollout needed reliable partners to drive their growth.

The challenge

Switchee were looking for a industry-certified installation partner who could not only install smart devices at pace and scale, but did not compromise on quality and customer service.

From nationwide coverage to call centre capacity, residents needed to remain at the heart of installation operations while ensuring quality and efficiency.

How we helped

We started working with Switchee in January 2024, and quickly mobilised installation teams nationally. 

Our team made 100’s of calls daily to tenants to arrange appointments.

Delivering work on time and to high standards, we have covered projects from Manchester to Essex. 

In Coventry alone, over 1000 Switchees have already been fitted and multiple projects are currently being delivered across the country. 

Additionally, our engineers showed residents how to use their new device, explaining features and how it can save them money.
