Lee Joined Eco Approach in January 2025 as Head of Head Safety & Compliance. He has a background in engineering and technical assurance across Renewable, Electrical, S&R and Smart Metering industries and holds a range of qualifications including NEBOSH, IOSH, TAQA and many more.
A proven leader, he takes pride in building high-performing teams and creating an interdependent safety culture where the pursuit of Zero incidents is a choice driven by motivation, commitment and engagement.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and ‘creating memories’. He also a keen golfer and football fan.
