Marcos is the Operations Support Manager. He oversees the end to end customer journeys covering logistics, purchasing and compliancy. Since joining he has helped improve business processes, operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Marcos previously spent 8 years in customer service with the last 3 years in the utilities and renewable industry where he helped build a nationwide network of installers to enable high volume installation capabilities.
Away from work Marcos enjoys spending time with his family, travelling to new places and is a keen football and combat sports fan.
