Marcos is a Retrofit Project Manager. He oversees the end-to-end customer journeys covering logistics, purchasing and compliance. Since joining, he has helped improve business processes, operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Marcos previously spent 8 years in customer service, with the last 3 years in the utilities and renewable industry, where he helped build a nationwide network of installers to enable high-volume installation.
Away from work, Marcos enjoys spending time with his family, travelling to new places and is a keen football and combat sports fan.
