Ricky joined Eco Approach in July 2026 as Technical Mobilisation Manager and leads the technical mobilisation and onboarding of engineers across heating, renewables, and retrofit. He brings over 25 years of industry experience from roles at Centrica, British Gas, and PH Jones Social Housing.
Ricky has extensive expertise in delivering technical projects, managing stakeholders, and leading operations across multiple workstreams.
Outside work, Ricky runs a grassroots football club and loves coaching his kids’ sports teams.
